- Get 1 cup Atta or wheat flour
- Make ready 1/2 cup yoghurt

- Roast the whole black pepper and fennel seeds and crush coarsely. Set aside
- In a bowl add Ata, yoghurt, sliced banana, coarsely crushed black pepper and fennel seeds, salt and mix well. Let it rest for 1 hour
- In a bowl add honey and add 1 cup hot water. Mix well and set aside
- In a wok heat ghee and take one ladle of the batter to shallow fry the Malpua. When bubbles are seen it’s time to flip side and shallow fry. Do it in batches
- Take the fried Malpua and add to the honey and let it rest for 5 mins to have the honey absorbed
- Plate and enjoy a healthy Malpua
