Instructions to make Mint Kulfis:
- Dilute the milk powder by adding some milk to it.
- Heat milk in a pan and add crushed mawa and diluted milk powder. Mix well.
- Keep the gas in low flame and cook for 15 minutes while stirring continuously. Add sugar to it.
- Put off the gas now and let it be cool down. - Add the above mixture in a blender with mint leaves and blend it well.
- Pour it in Kulfi moulds.Add Mint Leaves Juice in between for nice colour.Refrigerate for 5 to 7 hours.
- Yummy and chilled Mint Kulfis are ready to serve. Serve by garnishing with fresh mint leaves.
