- बीच बीच मे 2 सपून घी मिक्स करे और जब साइड छोङने लगे तब चिकनी करी प्लेट मे निकाल कर जमने दे और उपर से कटे बादाम डाले ।
- हल्का ठंडा होने पर पीस काट ले।
- बेसन को भून ले और बाउल मे निकाल ले और पिघला घी मिक्स करे ।
- पैन मे शुगर डाले और पानी मिलाकर मिक्स करे शुगर घुलने तक फिर थोङा थोङा बेसन मिक्सचर डाले और चलाते हुए मिलाते जाये ।
